COMPETENCES

Our success is reflected in the performance with which we realise the requirements of our customers.

The requirement for this is our competence in the fields of development, design, prototyping, mould construction, injection moulding, assembly and logistics.

We see ourselves as being a partner for our customers. We add to each other´s interests face to face for an infinite time if possible.

We currently produce using conventional injection moulding, internal gas pressure, two-component and hybrid techniques.

The cerfitication conform with DIN ISO 9001:2015 ensures stable production processes at the highest quality level. Entirely true to the zero defect principle.

We are able to react fast and flexibly thanks to our internal toolmaking. The result: the most economically optimal solution from the initial idea to the series production.

The cable duct chains are so elastic that they can be ideally adapted to all of the positions on the desk. This well thought-out system brings innovative tidiness to the office.

GLIDERS & HEIGHT ADJUSTERS

We have a wide portfolio of primarily internally developed standard solutions for the office furniture and object furniture branches.

No matter whether furniture gliders, height adjusters, protective or connecting elements - you will find our accessories in almost all European offices.

BRANCH MIX

Our development and production competence brings our product solutions into the most diverse branches:

Vehicle construction, measurement and control technology, shop fitting and shelving construction, health and rehabilitation.

 

PHILOSOPHY

Social responsibility is an affair of the heart for us as a family-friendly medium-sized employer. We feel special solidarity with the Lippe region due to our production site being in Blomberg-Donop.

It is our aim to continue to support the attractiveness of this area so that people like living and working here. We therefore commit ourselves to various social projects, both financially and personally.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We support the "Fruchtalarm" fruit alarm child cancer project. Volunteers - known as "fruchties" - visit child cancer wards throughout Germany with a mobile children´s cocktail bar on a weekly basis.

The children mix the tasty and strongly flavoured drinks at their hospital bed according to their own taste. "Fruchtalarm" therefore supports the activity, the self-determination and the zest for life of the seriously ill children and juveniles.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have already been working on bio-based plastics for a number of years now.

It is our aim to differentiate ourselves from the competition with a responsible handling of our environment that we want to keep liveable for future generations.

  • 1961 - Company founded

  • 2011 - Cooperation with partners and development of our own bioline
  • 2014 - Tearing down the old production hall; new construction of a hall for the toolmaking; new construction of the 3rd production hall
  • 2014 - Entry in the electromobility market
  • 2016 - Introduction of the leadership and cooperation missin statement

HISTORY

  • 2018 - Approx. 200 employees, 5,600 sqm hall space, 99 injection moulding machines, more than 30,000 sqm operating area
  • 2020 - Commissionning of the 4th production hall
  • 2021 - IATF 19949:2016 certification
